Dr. Yoel Siegel

Yoel Siegel works as a senior consultant to U.N. Habitat. In his capacity as an organizational advisor, Segal works with government ministries, local government and neighborhood councils. Segal is the consultant to the Jerusalem Bioregion Center, an important initiative now working within the Jerusalem Green Fund.
